1. Welcome to Blaine’s Bros
Blaine’s Bros (“the Site”) is a private membership community for adults to view and discuss fantasy artwork. All content is created and owned by Blaine. Membership is invitation-only or by paid subscription.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to access this Site. By creating an account, you affirm that you are 18+ and that all information provided during registration is accurate. Misrepresentation of age will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of membership fees.
3. Content & Licensing
All artwork, stories, and media on this Site are original creations depicting fantasy characters aged 18 or older. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely unintentional.
License: Content is provided under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0. You may share and remix for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
No User Uploads: At this time, the Site does not accept user-submitted content, uploads, or generated media. All content is created and posted solely by the Site owner.
4. Membership & Billing
Payment: Membership fees are processed through PayPal. Your billing statement will show “BLAINESBROS” as the descriptor.
Refund Policy: All membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your membership access continues until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
Payment Failures: Failed payments will result in membership suspension until payment is resolved.
5. Community Conduct
Comments: Comments are enabled for members. All comments are subject to moderation.
Zero Tolerance: The following will result in immediate account termination without refund:
Privacy: Do not disclose information that could identify you or other members. Use discretion. The Site owner will defend member privacy but cannot guarantee security of information you voluntarily share.
6. Termination
By You: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
By Us: The Site owner reserves the right to terminate any membership, with or without cause, at any time, without refund. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, chargebacks, payment disputes, or behavior deemed harmful to the community.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to member content ceases immediately. These Terms survive termination (Sections 7, 8, 9).
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, text, code, and media on this Site are the exclusive property of the Site owner. All rights reserved. Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Disclaimers
Safe Space: Reasonable steps are taken to ensure Site security and member privacy. However, you access this Site at your own risk. The Site owner is not liable for data breaches beyond reasonable control.
Content: All depicted acts are fantasy. The Site does not endorse or encourage illegal activity. Content is artistic expression protected under the First Amendment.
No Warranty: The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America. By using this Site, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Florida. This Site does not target or do business in the European Union; EU residents are prohibited from accessing this Site.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
